Hi, I'm Debi – Founder & CEO of HR Cert Prep Pros – and I’m so glad you’re here!
My personal and professional mission is simple: to help others succeed by providing them the tools, confidence, and support to achieve their goals.
Throughout my 30+ year career, I’ve led HR in start-up, growth, and global organizations—including serving as CHRO for Intrado, SVP of HR for Catalyze, and VP of HR for IntelePeer. In each role, I’ve built, coached, and developed high-performing teams, creating environments where people can thrive and do their best work.
The same passion for developing people inspired me to create HR Cert Prep Pros.
Working one-on-one with students, I saw the real challenges they faced in analyzing questions, evaluating answer choices, confidently selecting the best option, and moving forward without second-guessing.
That’s why I developed our proprietary HRPowerPass™ methodology, which was designed to address those challenges head-on—giving test-takers an objective, repeatable, confidence-building process that works.
