GUARANTEE: if you take this course and don't pass your exam, you may attend a comparable prep course free of charge within 12 months of taking your exam. You must complete all requirements of the course to be eligible.
GPHR ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS
GPHR EXAM REQUIREMENTS
In order to take the GPHR exam, HRCI requires you to have:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional-level HR position* PLUS a Master’s degree or higher (in any discipline) OR
- 3+ years of experience in a professional-level HR position* PLUS a Bachelor’s degree OR
- 4+ years of experience in a professional-level HR position*
- The ability to use independent judgement and discretion in performing work duties;
- A level of specialized knowledge in the HR field with some authority for decision-making;
- In-depth work requirements, such as data gathering, analysis and interpretation;
- Interaction with a broad range of individuals, including key personnel; and
- Individual accountability for results.

GPHR COURSE REQUIREMENTS
- You are (or have been) PHR or SPHR certified; OR
- You have previously studied for the GPHR and did not take or pass your exam; OR
- You have previously completed and passed a comprehensive HR Cert Prep Pros certification prep course (aPHR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SCP), whether or not you sat for or passed your exam.

- Exam Time: 2.25 hours (plus up to 30 minutes check-in/admin time)
- Exam Length: 100 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 non-scored pretest questions
